The SKY4 Pack provides huge features in one package. With the SKY4 Pack, you can manage your data usage and connect to both WiFi and Cellular via Tethering. The Core indoor router provides a secure WiFi network along with USB tethering to 3G/4G Aircards or MiFi devices while the SKY4 Outdoor Router brings in distant WiFi at up to 1 mile at a Truck stop, or in an RV campground, or up to 1 mile in a Marine environment.

It is designed for direct flat surfaces mount on the roof. The 30 feet Ethernet cable connects to the indoor Core router which has 5 LAN ports (1 x POE Output), and USB port. The POE (Power Over Ethernet) output is used to power and interconnect the SKY4 directly, making for a simple and clean installation. The 30 feet cable needs to run to the inside where the Core is stored. Avoid drilling a hole for this cable by routing it to the inside through a refrigerator vent, slide, or engine compartment if possible.

The Core Router is powered from either a 110 volt AC Adapter or a 12 volt wiring harness connecting directly to the battery system. Which Wireless Signal do I connect my computers and devices to?

You will connect your computer to the indoor unit and then you will connect the WiFiRanger system to another WiFi network using the outdoor unit.
