Please Note: RoadTrucker is not recommending the Co-Pilot. There are too many compatibility issues (Vista & 64 Bit computers). The underlying database is outdated (Feb, 2008).
We also feel that their support is extremely poor and they will not refund their customer if the Co-Pilot will not run on their computer.
We had to refund 1 of our customers because we felt it was the right thing to do. In return, Dan Titus, who is supposed to be a Vice president, not only screwed us, but would not even return our calls and ignored all request for a refund, even though the customer sent back the Co-Pilot to ALK.
I do not know about you, but I sure do not want to do business with anyone who will not support their product at least for 30 days.
