JJ Keller Carbonless Annual Vehicle Inspection Report comes with a master page and 2 copies and an adhesive backed Inspection Sticker with a Clear Self-Adhesive Plastic Laminated Cover.  JJ Keller’s Annual Inspection report covers all 13 of the Minimum Periodic Inspection Standards required by the DOT FMCSA.

Every commercial vehicle, including each segment of a combination vehicle requires periodic inspection that must be performed at least once every 12 months. At a minimum, inspections must include all items enumerated in the Minimum Periodic Inspection Standards, Appendix G to Subchapter B. Carriers may perform required annual inspections themselves. Keller's Annual Vehicle Inspection Report is affected, and this form remains in full compliance with federal requirements.
