Getting Started with High Performance 12 Volt Appliances
The easiest way to get started with 12 Volt High Performance Appliances is to purchase 1 of the kits below. However, not everyone will necessarily need to purchase the kit. You can just purchase 1 appliance and either of the 2 power sources.
If you own your own Truck, you can purchase the Power Strip and connect it directly to your battery. The power strip is a like a 50 amp cigarette lighter, except the lighter cannot handle the power, so it uses a special plug. Many companies wil not allow an inverter to be hooked up, but they may allow the power strip, since it is very simple. i.e. Very similar to the power strips you plug into the wall at home, except it connects to the battery.

For those who cannot hook anything to their truck, there is the Portable Power Pack. The Portable Power Pack can be used anywhere, even when no power is available. You can recharge your power pack via the 12 Volt vehicle cigarette lighter plug, or with the internal 12 Volt trickle charger.

2 Power Solutions Available:
1) The 12 Volt Power Strip hooks directly to your battery and basically allows higher amperage (up to 600 watts/50 amps) to your 12 Volt High Performance Appliances. Note: The 12 Volt Power Strip is included in the Wagoneer Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast Griddle Kits, along with an 8' Battery Cable to connect to the battery. If you do not buy one of the Starter Kits, you will need to purchase either the 8' or 12' battery Cable, or pick up a length of wire from Radio Shack.

2) The 12 Volt Portable Power Mobile Pack supplies enough power to your High Performance appliances for proper usage. It conveniently recharges by plugging it into your 12 Volt cigarette lighter adaptor or by using the internal trickle charger. The Mobile Power Pack contains a 12 Volt High Output 20 AH Service-free Sealed Lead-Acid Battery to provide up to 35 Minutes of cooking time between charging. Enough for 6 to 8 meals.

Power Hunt's High Performance Appliance kits come in 2 basic series with a choice of 3 kits in each series. 1 for breakfast, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner.
The "Power Available Series" each include the 12 Volt Power Strip that hooks directly to your battery.
The No Power Available Series" each include the 12 Volt Portable Power Mobile Pack which can be used anywhere. Note: The Portable Power Pack cannot be used with the Heater PNP-200, as it draws too much power.
