Product That do Not Have the Standard 30 Day Return Policy

This Page is a fuller explanation of some of the Return Policies, that are Outside of the Standard 30 day Return policy. No, we are not trying to make things more complex, but manufacturers are not required by law to take back returns, as some people think. Most do, as a courtesy to customers. However for one reason or another some vary on that policy. All products that do vary from the standard 30 day return will point to their Return details on this page. 


Galaxy Radio builds a high quality 10 Meter Radio and backs it with a Full 2 Year Parts & Labor Warranty. Every 10 Meter Radio is bench tested before Galaxy will let it out of the manufacturing facility. Galaxy wants to handle virtually ALL issues, regardless of where the Radio was purchased, so you must contact Galaxy directly regardless of what the issue is. There is NO RETURN on the 10 Meter Galaxy Radios. Do NOT buy a Galaxy 10 Meter radio, unless you are willing to take responsibility for your purchase.

Both King Connect and Winegard build high quality Portable Truck (& RV) Mount Satellite Antennas and backs it with a Full 1 or 2 Year Parts & 1 year Labor Warranty. Every Satellite Antenna is bench tested before King or Winegard will let it out of the manufacturing facility. Both King and Winegard want to handle virtually ALL issues, regardless of where the Satellite Antennas was purchased, so you must contact King or Winegard directly regardless of what the issue is. There is NO RETURN on any Satellite Antennas to RoadTrucker. Do NOT buy a Portable Satellite Antenna, unless you are willing to take responsibility for your purchase. By purchasing you agree to allow King  or Winegard to correct any issue you might have with your Satellite Antennas. If King or Winegard cannot solve the problem over the phone, you agree to send the Satellite Antennas back for repair or replacement. You may request RoadTrucker® send you a shipping document if the problem is within the first 10 days of your purchase or 5 days from delivery, so check your Satellite Antennas out immediately.

All King Connect and Winegard Satellite Antennas are covered by King Connect's or Winegard's Limited 1 or 2 Year Parts and 1 year Labor Warranty.  See King Control's Registration page or See Winegard's Registration page and enter your Model Number, Serial Number, Date of Purchase & Dealer Name in the comments box. RoadTrucker® advises purchasers to Register their Satellite Antennas immediately on receiving it.

Just send us an email with your Satellite Antenna's Serial Number, the zip code of the location where you are trying to use it, the Service you are trying to connect to (DirecTV or Dish or Bell ExpressVu) and a brief description of the problem you are having.


There is basically No Returns for Refund on Sheet Sets, nor Mattress Protectors. Once ordered you own it, unless of course there is damage or a manufacturing defect. If you order the wrong size, you can exchange the product providing, that it is unopened and you are willing to pay to send it back and also pay for the shipping of the replacement to you. Jake charges  a very reasonable price for these sheet sets, so there is no room to cover errors in measuring, so Please Measure Twice with Care.
