RoadTrucker provides Free Product support, for our customers, for the first 3 months after purchase of any product we sell.

Please note, that all support request must be initiated via an Email request. We may call you for complex issues, but only after the support request and initial problem description is documented in writing.


RoadTrucker Support May Include 1 or More of the Following:

  • Troubleshooting the issue via email; or phone, after the initial email request

  • Facilitate a Return Authorization to get your product replaced. (Note: Must be requested within 3 months of purchase).

  • Facilitate a Return Authorization to get you a Refund. (Note: Must be requested within 1 months of purchase.)

  • Provide Information and Help Facilitate a Warranty Repair/Exchange for products with a warranty period longer than 3 months.

For products with a warranty period longer than 3 months, you will need to initiate a warranty repair/exchange request directly with the Manufacturer.


Submitting a support request is very easy and everyone should find it very simple.


How to Request Product Support

  • Simply Reply Back to the Email Copy of Your Order, that Was Sent to You at the Time of Your Order. Include a brief description of the problem you are having.

  • Use Our Online Email Form to Request Support. Include your Order Number and a brief description of the problem you are having.

Note: Your RoadTrucker Sales Order Number is in the Subject of the Email copy of your order. It starts with RC and is followed by 8 digits (RC########). It is always best to include your Order Number in ALL Communication with RoadTrucker.
