All Portable GPS Navigation System for Trucks have an advanced touch screen and Truck Routing for professional truck drivers, bus drivers, and RVers. The commercial driver can rely on the Truck GPS Routing as it takes into account truck restrictions such as bridge heights and clearances, load limits, one-way road designations, left-hand and dangerous turn allowances. Please Note: RoadTrucker is not recommending the Co-Pilot. There are too many compatibility issues (Vista & 64 Bit computers). The underlying database is outdated (Feb, 2008).
We also feel that their support is extremely poor and they will not refund their customer if the Co-Pilot will not run on their computer.
We had to refund 1 of our customers because we felt it was the right thing to do. In return, Dan Titus, who is supposed to be a Vice president, not only screwed us, but would not even return our calls and ignored all request for a refund, even though the customer sent back the Co-Pilot to ALK.
I do not know about you, but I sure do not want to to business with anyone who will not support their product at least for 30 days.
