that can be a problem. first what was the issue that caused the rollover?

some employers may demand retraining.

some employers have a lifetime ban on such an accident.

what is important is knowing what caused the rollover and learn from that accident.

at least one company may give that driver a second chance, and that is Carolina Cargo.

once (if hired) that driver MUST tow the line for about 1 FULL year, until he can move onto another company.

the rollover accident in of itself, will come off the drivers DMV report after x number of years, whether it be 3, 4, 5, years. BUT will be a part of his PERMANENT driving record.

that rollover accident WILL BE on his permanent work record with whatever company he was at, and most likely WILL BE on his DAC for 7 years.

now IF that company goes out of business, DAC shuts down any information from them ASAP.
