Truck hits bridge in NY

Syracuse NY, truck hits train bridge clearly marked 10' 9". Not sure how he made it through most just get stuck.

It is unfortunate that another trucker hit a bridge. But, since it was suppoedly maked at 10"9", then it is the drivers fault. Just a little common sense, and paying attention could have avoided this. Knowing that you need at least 13'6", and the sign says 10'9" should have rang some bells. Hope no one got hurt, but he/she got what they deserve for being stupid.
