could use some advice need to ger back in the truck.Need help this one.

Had come off the road after two years to take care of Parents.
I missed DOT physical, and now I find out if you miss a physical you must start over again. Come on,a physical?
So I take My test and get My physical.. Now I need pre trip and road test. All the companies say the same thing. We train students, but you only need pre trip and road test and cannot work with Me. They say get your CDL and call us.They like My dac report.
The cheapest I found was 2200 or 100 an hour. I only to go through pre trip and the gears a few times.
So any advice would greatly appreciated.

From what I understand, you need to get your CDL first and then a pre-trip and road test before the companies could accept you. Is that right? Meanwhile, I found this site http://www.truckingtruth.com/jobs/jobs-Indiana.php. They are offering OTR, regional, dedicated, and local trucking jobs in Indiana. You might wanna take a look.

I RENTED A TRUCK FROM A TRUCK DRIVING SCHOOL TO RENEW MY CDL BE SURE TO PRACTICE THE SKILLS TESTS WELL BEFORE GOING TO TEST. IT COST ME $400 AS I HAD NOONE TO BORROW A TRUCK FROM TO TEST IN..... WHAT YOUR GONNA RUN UP AGAINST IN ALOT OF PLACES IS THEY WANT YOU TO TAKE A REFRESHER COURSE OR HAVE X AMOUNT OF RECENT EXPERIENCE.... WELL IF YOU AIN'T GOT LAID IN A YEAR OR TWO DID YOU FORGET HOW??????? NOPE , BUT THE INSURANCE COMPANIES SEEM TO THINK SO SO THEY CAN PULL SOME MORE NICKLES OUT OF YOUR POCKETS THAT YOU DON'T REALLY HAVE TO SPEND......
