Need help finding good companies with auto shift tractors.

Please help! I had a pallet fall out of a trailer 3 yrs ago that crushed my left foot. I can no longer drive with a clutch. Very few companies advertise that they have auto shift trucks, so I was hoping to find some help here. Thanks!
