    Back pain?

    Yes, i know its for computers. But when you think about it, drivers and nerds gets about the same back injuries, because they sit alot.

    Thanks for this Joachim. Im on a truck stop now so i was able to do 2-8 in this illustration. You're right. especially for new drivers, you guys should have some relief for back pain. i use the Airhawk seating system to somehow reduce back stress and increase circulation.

    hey AADHIRASHARMA, my advice to you for back pain relief use ice massage. bag of ice wrapped in a towel should be helpful for pain relief. Ice is very effective pain reliever.
