Today I was driving my grandfather home from town and I passed a flat bed semi loaded with gravel bags. He had 2 straps that had come free in the back leaving 4 bags free to come off his trailer at anytime. I wanted to tell him but how do I go about this especially on the highway? I mean is there a safe way to alert a driver and get him to pull off or what?
