Humanitarian Organizations

Charity Organizations provide us with a way of giving something back.  They also help lower our tax bills because they allow us an alternative way to take care of many of the needs that would fall to taxes if not met.  RoadTrucker provides this page for anyone who might want to take a moment to consider one of the charity Organizations here.  Obviously RoadTrucker can't put all the worthwhile Charity Organizations here, but we thought we would at least choose a few of them.  If you would like to see one of your favorite charity organizations listed her,write us at RoadTrucker and tell us why you chose that one out of all the charity organizations to choose from.

• Brittany's Hope - A private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded on the belief in the Fundamental Right of All Children to Have the Security and Love of a Family. The Brittany's Hope Foundation facilitates adoption of special needs, older and sibling children by providing financial grants to special waiting children; to actively seek out healthy and happy families who can offer love and support to waiting children; to raise public awareness of the need for healthy homes for special needs, older, and sibling children and to raise public awareness of the unique joys of parenting a special child. We recommend Brittany's Hope not only for the great work being accomplished, but there are virtually No Paid Directors. Ever Part of Every Dollar you Donate goes to Work for a Much Needed Purpose. • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) - A private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization to provide services nationwide for families and professionals in the prevention of abducted, endangered, and sexually exploited children.  Traveling in a US state?  Use NCMEC's Quick Search for Missing Children to see the Children we need to help find. • AmeriCares - A nonprofit disaster relief and humanitarian aid organization which provides immediate response to emergency medical needs.  AmeriCares supports long-term humanitarian assistance programs for all people around the world, irrespective of race, creed or political persuasion.   AmeriCares solicits donations of medicines, medical supplies and other relief materials from U.S. and international manufacturers and delivers them quickly and efficiently to indigenous health care and welfare professionals around the world.  AmeriCares has one of the lowest administration cost of all the charity Organizations we at RoadTrucker are familiar with.  It's one of my favorites.  Frank   How to Help AmeriCares.
